I appreciate your post and knowledge, but let me know if you agree with this!
For those thinking that getting shares at a low price is good, I completely disagree due to a number of factors (not criticizing you or anyone just my opinion and I think it may sway your opinion)
I am using the premise that We all agree that NTEK is Undervalued and has been taken advantage of!
1. NTEK receives Revenue from it's stock (uses it for acquisitions, collateral, to raise capitol, to be able to expand it's business)
WHAT EXPLANATION CAN NTEK GIVE TO AN INVESTMENT FIRM OR INVESTOR AS TO WHY IT WAS AT .0379 PER SHARE????
No explanation that any large investor is going to want to hear.
2. When making a deal with another company,if NTEK uses stock as collateral it is based on it's Market Value. Do you really want NTEK giving 250 Million Shares for a 10 million dollar acquisition?? I know I do not!
3. If you own NTEK and bought at .0379 ( I am not blaming you by the way, congratulations it was a no brainer) and now your stocks are worth .054. (which by the way I believe will open even higher tomorrow)
But that gain is really the companies loss in many aspects! I mean after all, you would have made the same amount of money if the stock went from .10 to .15 or so.
