SKTO is suspended, for Pete's sake. The horse already ran out of the barn (as some of us here forewarned), and the barn burned down to boot. In my view, the best chance you'll have to recover a portion of your losses will be with legal action which I suspect will be spontaneously forthcoming sometime after trading resumes.
