Yes. If I recall the distillery is 52% (I could be wrong) owned my MEI Margarit Eyraud Enterprises. the distillery must sell wine and Brandy locally. They cannot sell vodka under the name MARANI. It's very possible the distillery is also under contract with others but we'll never know.
