The dips are frustrating. Not because of the dips

The dips are frustrating. Not because of the dips but because of my inability to actually purchase shares at the posted price. This has happened repeatedly since we shot up over a buck. Every time i try to add shares on a dip I put in limit orders that never fill at or around the listed PPS. This went on last week as well. I got frustrated several days back and put in market order that filled at 98 cents, well above the bid and the ask. I've had a limit order in at .82 for the last two days and it simply won't fill. Bumped it to .84, still won't fill. Why hold the bid down so low since yesterday afternoon if noone is actually selling at that price? We ever going to move out of this OTC crap?
