well, the sign went up after the date on those pic

well, the sign went up after the date on those pics. I recall the sign going up somewhere around April 2012. as I was suppose to be there when that happened but wasn't notified.  So these pics are present day but they probably forgot to set the date on the camera.

Needless to say; Jeff had a meeting with someone on Friday which I am not at liberty to say and everything is real and legit. He should have filed the 211 already and just waiting for a reply back I would assume.
