If you can Please Provide unaltered Proof about the supposed scams or Lies. Everyone makes mistakes in life so something that happened almost 10 years ago is Irrelevant today. What I see is a man who was willing to take the fall for Lies and mistakes made by Former Employees. I understand he is a CEO and Responsible for all things good and bad that happen in his company. But you cant control everything and Peter took full Responsibility. He did his time and repaid his debt to society well over 5 years ago now its time to move on.

There is no need for a physical product when you own patents the cell phone industry has been running wild the past few years and its now time for the lawsuits and fighting between companies to begin. Just take the APPLE and SAMSUNG lawsuit for instance. What would you do if you started loosing customers and money for someone that is making Products with your Patents. SUE the crap out of them rite and that's exactly what's happening and the money there asking isn't small money were talking Multi Million and Multi Billion dollar lawsuits.
