maybe this ratio difference is why the guy whose co dredged the port said they could now handle ships up to ca 105000 tons --no containers have less DWT/size
Ilia was 13.7 m even w only ca 69000 tons-and no captain would want to push the theoretical limit of 14.5 m draft- neither would the port
