Marijuana prohibition violates Liberty of the people
Marijuana prohibition is unconstitutional
Arrests for Marijuana possession is a total failure. We need to stop spending billions of dollars on convicting Marijuana users
Marijuana will make Texas's economy and it's Gross State Product become the 1st largest in the nation
Prohibition has failed to control the use and sell of marijuana throughout the country. Especially, in Texas.
Marijuana legalization is financially a smart move.
The Legalization of Marijuana would put money back into the hands of the people of the United States and out the hands of the Drug Cartels.
Marijuana is scientifically proven that it is safer than alcohol.
Marijuana has much more beneficial uses than there are negative remarks.
Marijuana has been proven to be a safe and effective way of treatment for symptoms, such as; cancer, aids, pain (mental, physical, and emotional), glaucoma, epilepsy, and many more conditions.
