Ultraflix is a Sony target for a few reasons
1. As I am sure you know this is the time with the most Mergers and buyouts, for a reason!
2. Ntek's extremely low Market cap (whether it is accurate or (I believe it is all manipulation)
3. Sony is in the same business as Ultraflix (there has been some reports that they may have worked on some stuff, obviously I do not have insider info) But read below from a reliable source!
4. Remember that Ultraflix has a library and content, it is not what is Ultraflix worth that is important! It is what value does Sony think Ultraflix has, either as technology that they could use to make money, OR HOW MUCH WOULD THEY PAY TO JUST NOT HAVE TO COMPETE AGAINST THEM! YOU SEE SONY MAY THINK THAT ULTRAFLIX is going to cut into a PERCENTAGE OF THEIR BUSINESS!
The current marketplace and world, has turned into, if you have cashflow, buy as many smaller companies as you can, that have value or could end up costing you profit!
