some basic caveats you might want to digest
they never *cover* one second b4 being forced to do so
they show what they want .. when they want (l2)
they have sub tiers on the payroll for SMBs
and when left with few *options* >> the only route taken is *compress/reset*
i should add one more >> caveat
for their bogus bs to *work* >> they have to be best on bid ask
note the recent bid jump alongside the always requisite UC ask
