Tequila Mojito Shaved Ice Makes 4 servings 5-8 mint leaves 1 1/2 limes quartered 1 oz. simple syrup 2 oz. Patron Tequila soda water mint sprigs for garnish Mix and pour over shaved ice.
Tequila Sunrise Shaved Ice Makes 4 servings 2 oz. Patron Tequila 4 oz. fresh orange juice 1 oz. Grenadine syrup Mix and pour over shaved ice.
Sangria Shaved Ice Makes 8 servings 1/2 bottle St. Frances Merlot 1 oz. Cointreau 1/8 cup sugar 5 strawberries, halved 1/2 orange thinly sliced 1 lemon thinly sliced 1 lime thinly sliced Mix and allow to marinate several hours or overnight. Pour over shaved ice.
