Well, I had the face to face meeting with him but that post there is from Aliangel. 
Nice guy, Mr. Charles. That was my sticky that was up there from Himotephe regarding my F2F. SLNX is in good hands. I think the merger is done for the simple fact Dr. Houtten was on the CC and the part of the LOI/Merger agreement that gives them the 30 day time limit with a termination option.
