Hi Everyone & Welcome New Subscribers,
Our new pick is UNGS, U.S. Natural Gas Corp., got off to a great start today, trading up to .002 per share, closing just off it's session high, up 18.75%, at .0019 per share.
UNGS is currently in the process of realigning their operations, changing the company's name to Sylios Corp., announcing their plans for a symbol change as well, as the company recently entered into a letter of intent to acquire Signifi Solutions, Inc. - a private company that owns and operates next generation automated retail solutions.
Signifi Solutions, Inc. projects revenues of $5M USD or more for this year alone, and future revenues of up to $50M USD, and plans to focus on medical wellness and medical marijuana dispensing solutions; read for yourself, HERE!

If you missed our initial report on UNGS first thing this morning, read it now HERE!
Signifi's high-end, automated retail kiosk solutions could be the cutting edge technology the medical marijuana dispensing industry needs, and rival the likes of companies such as AVTC (AVT, Inc.), ERBB (Tranzbyte Corp.), and MDBX (Medbox, Inc.), which have market caps ranging from 50 to 500 times larger than UNGS.
Don't believe us? See for yourself.
AVTC - $49M Market Value
ERBB - $102M Market Value
MDBX - $576M Market Value
As of right now, UNGS has a reported market cap of less than $1M, and with the acquisition of Signifi expected to close soon, we could see that number growing much larger!
UNGS is starting to trend upwards again, and could make it's way back to highs near .01 soon. As you can see in the chart below, the stock met resistance at it's 50 day moving average at today's high of .002; if it can push through that level, and close above it tomorrow, a bigger breakout might ensue.
If UNGS were to return to it's most recent high, established in March, it would represent a gain of 450% from our alert; could acquisition news send it even higher?
If it's been there before, it can do it again, and could even make a new high! Maybe that's being too optimistic, but would half that be so bad?
The upside potential for UNGS goes without saying from our point of view!
UNGS remains on HIGH ALERT!
