basher shorters have whipped penny traders into a psychotic frenzy re the subject of r/s
partly because the TYPE of r/s pennies often see is when a co has no net income so pps -unsupported by fundamentals -keeps dropping to .0001 as such a negative income co keeps diluting to keep creditors at bay and when pps drops to .0001 co r/s so they can keep raising funds by diluting so pps falls after r/s due to dilution and no fundamentals
but that isnt the case w NTEK
many co's are now forced to r/s to remove dtc restrictions or to keep otcqb status, as otc has raised min pps for otcqb to 1c-so we now have sec reporting co's who are down-listed on non reg otc to pink current- all part of a broad policy to eliminate sub 1c pennies
OTCQX has a min pps of 10 or 25c -I doubt NTEK would need to up-list higher than that in the immediate future-many foreign blue chips on OTCQX , plus walmart of mexico and adidas etc
