Any1, yep you have a personality...so do the rest of us. You and I discussed it before. Your assumption that knowing the light equipment provider and placement of HVAC equipment on the outside will encourage more investors is just that an assumption, and most of us don't see a connection. The license approval will encourage sideliners to invest. For all of our excitement and enthusiasm in FITX, it is still speculative and carries the appendage risk. they will come, Bill is building it. We know you can not grow with out lighting equipment and conditioned environment. I will use the HVAC as an example since I am more familiar we that, would someone invest more willingly if it were a Carrier system and not a Trane or Manitowoc. One last note on the HVAC. Just because the outside mechanicals (most expensive) are not set and connected doesn't mean the interior elements are not. If that is the case delivery and hook up to the outside mechanicals is pretty easy and accomplished quickly. Cheers buddy, hope you are doing well.
