Post# of 97
Since ihub deleted this twice , with no reason given at all, posting this here for interested VGPR investors. at the end of this post there will be a copy of my email conversation with CEO Molen.
I can see why shorters would want to make a play on VGPR. the OTC is full of both experienced traders and rookies who live by the tired maxim of "sell the news". Even if selling the news is a stupid idea at the time of a particular trade, they will obey the mantra because they don't want to "fight the trend". But not every trend is in your benefit at the time you hit a 'sell' button.
Furthermore, anyone watching Level 2 could see dumping, but they didn't question it. Those were NOT retail dumps, the MM doing the dumping was even a f*cking retail MM. VNDM, and if you're a noob here's some free advice you're getting that I learned the expensive way, is NOT a retail MM. It is a MM/broker that sells shares for 3rd parties on behalf of debt holders (convertible notes, unrestricted shares, etc etc).
BOTH times that VGPR had huge buying pressure and bid support on Thursday and Friday, either flippers of VNDM started dumping shares. Flippers dumped because they couldn't make the intraday profits they wanted , so that was expected. CEO Mike MOlen has reached out back to me to describe how big an effect short sales had at the particular time they were executed.
While I respect charting for intraday and short-term trading advice, it's no secret that if you can find a weakness on the chart for a particular ticker, it's obviously the ONLY time you'd want to do something as highly risky as short a penny stock. Is the VNDM a MM that can short stock? There are multiple brokers that will short penny stocks, and if you don't believe me you must not be doing much research or even Googling. One broker is onshore and multiple brokers are offshore that can short pennies.
Who and what was being used to short pennies? Let's crowdsource and discuss. Although on ihub, I see more bashing by shorters/trolls than much crowdsourced wisdom sometimes.
If you seriously think a company is a 'scam' because the PPS of an OTC stock went down, you are a fool. This is the OTC, EVERY freaking ticker will go down. This is a volatile market, and even big board stocks can be highly volatile, and subjected to both pumps and short attacks. Let's be rational, because panic selling and panic accusations are just absolutely retarded.
$VGPR is by definition not a "pump and dump" b/c PPS would have to go UP to be 'pumped'. Duh. Just bc u aren't happy doesn't make u right.
Biochar Now has confirmed the reseller agreement, and Molen has denied that VGPR is responsible for the diluting sells on Thursday and Friday. If folks can maturely discuss and analyze events, we'll all be much better off.
I don't hold a large position in VGPR because I am LONG VGPR and my original plan was to slowly build my position over the year and "grow" with the company. I don't want to shoot my whole wad early just to make a quick "flip" . And too many people who bought into VGPR as 'longs' really just wanted to flip, and plenty of folks who saw that there was group interest hopped on the bandwagon to either flip or perhaps short the stock.
The point of shared DD is to confirm a company is LEGIT, not to tell us when to buy an sell. If you are buying and selling based on what people on twitter are doing, that's a mistake (trust me, it's an expensive mistake I've made listening to people dumber than me on twiter).
As I've said on twitter repeatedly, the point of a legit company like VGPR isn't BUY RIGHT NOW, but , as I've tweeted, the point is to find the price that YOU like. If Molen is telling the truth, and these guys execute their plan, the future will be fine.
If you are claiming to be angry about bagholding, just ask yourself this: is it because you demanded the chance to take profits last week no matter what, or because you are actually long in this company? and did you put more $$ than you should have relative to your portfolio size, and are now emotional as a result?
I think some folks are, but let's stick to the facts. BIOCHAR NOW has confirmed the existence of Gone Green's RESELLER agreement. It's pretty obvious that some allegations on this board are quite spurious attempts to inject doubt into red market days. Filter out the noise. I'm only discussing this with trustworthy investor friends of mine, and making decisions as such, instead of reacting to every anonymous poster online. It would be wise for you to do the same.

Email with CEO

Here is the email from CEO Molen to me. I sent him a non-confrontational and conciliatory email to obtain information, NOT to spark an argument. I will ctrl+V it here, although when I am inevitably called a liar, I'll have to post a screenshot or something of it, no doubt, and will do so if conspiracy theorists demand it , I suppose.
here is my email and his response:
Good day sir,
I am just an average retail investor who has been in $VGPR for a month. I am pretty active on the message boards for VGPR (PresidentofPomona on ihub) and have supported VGPR despite some criticism out there.
I have a quick question, and I know you're busy, but hopefully you can answer this: during your recent potstockradio interview, you stressed that there would not be any "dilution" of the stock. You seem very honest, and your candid replies gave me confidence.
But both yesterday after the PR, as well as today, there has been dilution on the stock. I saw the MM "VNDM", a very well-known MM in OTC market for helping third-party debt holder sell shares, dumping VGPR shares. Today, VNDM was selling at 44, 45, 46 for VNDM before finally moving back to 75 just now.
I know vega biofuels might not be diluting , but I was just concerned , given that my investor friends who bought VGPR two months ago assured me there was no dilution. I asked one of them today (--redacted--) and he didn't see any dilution on the Level 2 of trading for VGPR in march or april.
To be fair, I'd trust you and your company to utilize share sales more than I'd trust the vast majority of OTC's.
ALso, I think you are wise enough to protect your company and not merely take actions that help daytraders. You are not naive, and know that the pot stock interview was with 'shareholders' who want rapid growth in PPS whereas you want to grow the company. You even mentioned a future share retirement.
I am not upset about the drop in value of my VGPR stock, and if you have an intern reply that's fine, but I want to go online and speak to buyers that got spooked off today from buying more VGPR because the broker VNDM was dumping millions of VGPR shares today and preventing any runup in the PPS back to earlier , modest levels like .007.
You might not even be aware youself of the stock action today, so if you aren't, it's something to be aware of. There were many buyers of VGPR today , including some large buys of $20,000 or more on the ASK of the ticker tape . That was a bullish sign for your company's stock, until VNDM (the broker/Market Maker) showed up for teh 2nd day in a row to unload shares.
It would have been better for everyoen if the PPS was allowed to rise organically before VNDM (whoever they are selling shares for) started selling so many.
If your intention was to grow the company at the expense of the PPS, I can support that. But if VNDM is selling shares for some 3rd party, it would confuse me, since the acquisition was funded with restricted shares.
thanks for any time you can spare,

here is his reply, which he is probably ok with me sharing given that I referenced other buyers and Ihub when I emailed him

[redacted],
We are not involved. I know of no third party that is involved. It's shorting. They won this week. We'll see what happens next week.
Thanks for your continued support.

So if we can, as I said yesterday, have mature discussion, then let's do so. But given the allegations made online by people who've done 0-5 minutes of research into Vega Biofuels, I think it would be more fair to put down the pitchforks and have the folks who've done actual DD to also have a voice.
that's my opinion. thanks for reading.
