It's the exact same arguments the same group has made on behalf of a dozen other failed pink sheet stocks over the last decade (if you can call them "arguments"
. Nobody outside of their little group takes it, or them, seriously.
They've developed their own ambiguous jargon that only they pretend to understand, instead of writing their thoughts and arguments in clear and unambiguous English. I suppose they've purposely done that in large part to fool themselves into thinking they're victims of a global conspiracy instead of repeat-dupes. Create a vague language about CONs, PROs, colluders, assets, indy boards, and the rest, so they can hide the truth from themselves and each other.
In the meantime, JB has admitted to acting illegally in a number of ways over an extended period of time, of his own free will. JBI is broke, all their deals have vanished into thin air, their processors sit idle, their patent application abandoned, and JB collecting his $275K/yr base-salary right up until the money runs out. All without the help of PROs
