The speed with which various aspects of the business plan can be implemented varies a great deal – most obviously in the case of the launch of RapiMeds in mainland China.That is a huge potential market, but all that the CEO can do is to be prudent, make the right moves, start in Hong Kong and understand that being patient and consistent is a virtue in this case. At least, item 5 has been correctly assessed by that poster.
