It's only being looked at negatively on "The Other Board" because they are talking ridiculous numbers like 500:1 or 1500:1 which is not only ludicrous, but it's just plain stupid as well. They *might* do a 3:2 or 2:1 split to get uplisted, and as I mentioned before, I feel if that happens, they will soon thereafter need to do a stock split and we'd be better off than we were before.
I have one hundred percent faith in this company. The things they are doing on "The Other Board" are just pure manipulation and it completely invalidates that URL as a potential site for DD on investments.
I actually have a theory on what is happening over there. I know there are a ton of Pennies that pay for advertisement, and I wonder if NTEK was approached to do advertisement with them. And assuming they refused to advertise to sell their stock shares (which I know they would absolutely refuse to do), that advfn decided to do everything they could to beat up on the share price to "teach them a lesson." Pure speculation of course, but I do wonder sometimes if that is what happens. I mean, seriously, you can hardly say a positive thing on that board without getting the post revoked for "TOS violations" (which is a joke) and the only posts that seem to stay in place are the basher posts. Again, a theory, but I honestly believe that is what is happening or has happened at that particular site.
