Yes, that article has been discussed on the other

Absolutely ridiculous. What lawyer is going to take on this case, at this point in time, since a class action suit is the kind of lawsuit that an attorney gets paid only after he wins? Are any of the claims actually provable in court? And who are the shareholders that are mulling this around? Has anyone here been contacted by this alleged law firm?
Just over a couple of weeks ago, when I met with over 75% of the ownership of BLTA (some members were out of the country but available by phone), we all were very positivie and discussed what we would do financially to help Baltia get through certification. Each one of us made a gentlemen's agreement to provide the funding necessary to see the certification process through to its conclusion (some of us right away, other's later on when Baltia enters phase III).
Wouldn't the wise attorney want this group of investor's involved in this alledged class action suit? Shouldn't this group be the ones "mulling" over such a suit? Isn't that where.........if there was money for the attorney to make......the best return on the attorney's investment (his time) would be made?
LOL.........that article is complete garbage.
In 3 to 4 months when Baltia has its certificate, what grounds would the attorney be fighting for?
Toss that one to the side and completely forget about it. Focus your sights on what is happening now. N706BL has its engines fully mounted. She is more ready today than ever before to begin chartered flights pretty much anywhere in the world......and commence her scheduled flights to St. Petersburg before the end of this year.
Training has resumed and is ongoing as we speak......and I still anticipate that Baltia will enter Phase III in late July/early August.....and that she will get her certificate before the 1st of October.
