Excellent point HokieHead....I too believe news will be forth coming within 2 weeks that WILL get GESI and all those with shares into PENNIES!! Been done multiple times before ...no reason new management shouldnt be given a fair chance at bringing new ventures to the table WITHOUT having to be PRE convicted as it seems some are attempting to do.
I am sure the new CEO...and the old CEO chatted a time or 2 before a deal was agreed upon...and I am a betting man the new CEO looked over every message board availbale to determine assets and liabilities ....or possible assets and possible liabilities beore a deal was reached. Im betting he has legal council that looked over this deal also...and any liabilities and assets....seems Brad felt confident GESI was the shell for him to bring ventures into. I am betting he has also kept a close on the message boards and has a very good idea whats going on...and what he has to do to correct it. All just my opinion but I been doing some thinking on the subject as a new CEO...and I think we in for alot of excitement for sure...Im looking forward to the coming weeks and expected announcements.....
Ya know sometimes its not about much more in business than having the right connections...in the right areas...at the right time....and the smarts to surround yourself with the correct individuals in the proper places.....time will tell but I say...

GESI bring some news that takes us to pennies...nickels....dimes...depending on the CEO and the news...revenues...etc......pps could be??????
