The official SEC order suspending both SKTO & AEGY differs in wording from the version posted under news at OTCM. The official order is documented at the SEC website.

The version at OTCM is from SEC regional Philadelphia office who appear to have rewritten the original SEC order leaving out the phrase "among other things."

Official SEC order of temporary trading suspension:
"It appears to the Securities and Exchange Commission that there is a lack of current and accurate information concerning the securities of Alternative Energy Partners, Inc. because of questions concerning the accuracy and adequacy of publicly available information about the company, including, among other things , its business activities, the control of the company, and trading in its securities"
"It appears to the Securities and Exchange Commission that there is a lack of current and accurate information concerning the securities of SK3 Group, Inc. because of questions concerning the accuracy and adequacy of publicly available information about the company, including, among other things , its business activities, the control of the company, and trading in its securities."
Compare this to OTCM version:
