Thanks for the link what I read talked about JBII having changed its business plan to now wanting to sell two units to users for millions of dollars rather than operate every facility themselves. Business plans do evolve and that is what is happening with JBII. Who knows, perhaps government funding/ grants will come into play. Go JBII!!!
