COREwafer Industries, Inc. Paperwork Delivered for Merger with Core Wafer Systems, Inc.
The acquisition of Core Wafer Systems, Inc. by COREwafer Industries, Inc. has come to a close as the state filings have been submitted in Nevada and New York.
NEW YORK, Oct.. 25, 2012 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- COREwafer Industries, Inc. (otc pink:WAFR) reports that the merger filings, related to the acquisition of Core Wafer Systems, Inc., a technology leader in semiconductor testing, have been sent to the State of Nevada and the State of New York.
The acquisition process is near completion, and shareholders will be able to view the filings once the State of Nevada and the State of New York accept and process the filings.
Gary Polistena, CEO of COREwafer Industries, also comments on these events, "We have closed this chapter in our company's history. The merger process is near completion. We will now focus on business plan execution and will update everyone on our progress against previously announced projects, contracts, and company's futures.
