Well let me give you my honest thoughts about HIMRs present status. I thinks this past week PR and pump was an effort to raise more operating capital as there are obviously no revenues yet and as we all know from the quarterly HIMR has salaries, bills and consulting fees to pay. I believe the outstanding share is at least in the mid 20s now. I believe that for whatever reason someone of authority pulled the final permit at the eleventh hour down in Panama because of influential "others". I believe that Sheldon and Peter's backs are up against the wall and if the permit doesn't come to fruition soon the company will fold. I believe the odds are stacked against us but I also believe that the Miami Heat will make Finals history and come back from a 3-1 deficit.
