UP until now, I had not had many thoughts (good) about Gov Cuomo...
after all, he is a homely dude who currently parades about with a trophy tramp...
but hey, a $4M NY grant to a Madison County project that rubs off onto JBI...

Go Gov Cuomo... even a NY State (government) grant is a BIG DEAL when it comes to starting a domino string!
