Do you agree or disagree that the departures of directors/officers Allyn and Choo should have been published as required by OTCM rules that say departures of officers and/or directors must be publicly noticed within ten days of said departure? As to legal fallout, the collapse into the Grey Market is cause for civil lawsuits. Cf. PHOT.
