pvec forum board just came back up just now. no n

pvec forum board just came back up just now. no new info yet. i contacted office today and talked to martha. i asked if i still had certs still coming. she took my number and called me back 10 minutes later and told me that my cert is printed and awaiting the seal and signatures. she told me my address being mailed to and the address she told me was the correct address.
i also asked if she knew anythkng else going on and she said she is not privy to any of the company info. hope that helps. better than nothing.
