TO MOVE UP, ONE SIMPLE ANSWER AUDITED FINANCIALS
I think there are many longs that know that this stock is much more valuable then it is being traded at.
However, the investors that can really move the market incredibly higher (by not only purchasing stock), but once it is known that some major funds have invested in NTEK it will cause many investors who are looking at NTEK:
To take the step and invest.
Like it or not, there are many investors that simply refuse to invest in Pinksheets.
I think it comes down to simply THAT, once there are more widely recognized audited financials:
The investors will come and that is when there is a safety net! The stock will be unable to drop low because of the players involved!
An investor with hundreds of millions of dollars, (working on behalf of a hedge fund or investment group), will recognize a short attack and purchase shares (as many as they can if the value they place on the stock is higher
This is the main reason why I am a huge fan of a huge amount of buybacks and up-listing!
Once institutional ownership gets involved (and do not tell me they will not, because they have many small cap risky diverse funds that would invest in NTEK)
You need to look at from their point of view: The amount of money to buy a sizable chunk of NTEK is basically almost nothing to many of these firms!
5 million dollars for 25% of the business. 10 Million dollars for 50% of the business at the current prices!
The risk/reward is well worth it! Also there could be a lot of competition for the shares!
UPLISTING IS THE NUMBER ONE PRIORITY!!! BUT FIRST COME THE AUDITED FINS!!!
WHICH SHOULD BE DONE FAIRLY SHORTLY!!
