I don't have anything the people who were duped.

I do think Mr. Heddle just wasn't quite smart enough...but he promised transparency then for six months kept up appearances that processor #2 and #3 were humming along when, in fact, the whole plant was out of commission. As CEO, Mr. Heddle decided not to give investors the material information they needed.
Yes, I know the poor odds of start ups. I worked with start ups in the past under the direction of a venture capitalist. The odds aren't good...and that's with honest companies. When a person sells stock based on a fake claim of $10/bbl cost crude oil saying he has offers to buy it at WTI-$3...and as a backstop claims the company has a $10M media credit asset which investors can rely upon to limit their losses in case it doesn't pan out, that's not just a company struggling to make the world a better place. That's a swindler who purchased controlling interest in a penny stock and is selling penny stock to rip people off.
As far as your logic, sure Mr. Heddle must have been smart in some respects to have $3M to loan. Likewise Meyer Luskin was smart enough to accumulate a billion dollars. However Mr. Luskin was over his head when it came to doing the basic DD on JBI.
Yes, I'm not going to be as civil as It Takes A Brain...you missed doing some of that same basic due diligence in JBI and that's why you've lost money. If you had called JBI at the beginning and asked what gave him confidence that he could make a product for under $10/bbl which could be sold for WTI-$3...you would have probably been told by Mr. Bordynuik that this isn't the investment for you, just as Mr. Bordynuik told other people. That you could have taken as honesty.
Fraud is rampant in the pennies and, remarkably, few penny stock investors seem to realize that. If someone running a penny stock wants your money, they should be happy to give you evidence of value. You shouldn't be afraid to call and ask.
Believe me, I would much rather that you hadn't lost your money. I can't do anything about that, though. Hopefully JBI will at least be a learning experience for you.
...and what do you know about my wives?? Are some of them missing?
