I am confused as to what everyone's huge problem is with the reverse split???
As for it not accomplishing anything, that is totally false.
I have always maintained that it should be done after the buybacks (depending on how much money they need to buy back shares)
Does no one understand: Please read the following situation and let me know how it would not benefit NTEK
1. Buybacks (Example lets say at the current pace they buy back 10% or 20% of the outstanding shares) It look like it was down to 2-4 million today could go much lower
2. A R/S at 1:4. The stock would be much harder to manipulate if there were only 100-200 million shares available.
3. This also shows that the company is making money and buying back shares because of the stock price being so undervalued!
4. The stock being valued immediately at .40 or .50 would cause a lot of growth, and bring in new investors. As of right now the stock is to low and volatile for serious investors.
Too many people are obsessed with HOW MANY SHARES THEY HAVE! It is the OVERALL VALUE OF YOUR SHARES THAT REALLY MATTERS!
The company has to do something. Usually the stock price only goes down this much due to NEWS or a HUGE DECREASE in value. This stock is trading based on MM games and short sellers and flippers.
A GOOD BUSINESSMAN NEEDS TO LEARN TO ADJUST!
AND NTEK's MANAGEMENT IS VERY SMART
