is pleased to announce that the Company's Board of Directors have started negotiating transactions with key players in the Uinta Basin to bring increased revenues to the company. Bakken because of Non-Disclosers with the companies cannot disclose details of the deal until completed, as pricing is a part of the negotiation. Bakken Energy is currently acting as a facilitator in the Coal, Oil, and Leasing sectors. As a result of this the net revenues generated from this are expected to generate roughly Ten million, (10,000,000) annually to the bottom line of the company.

- LAS VEGAS, May 29, 2014 /PRNewswire/ - Bakken Energy Corp formerly Orofino Gold Corp. (ORFG) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary Nations Oil and Gas has signed a letter of Intent with Indigo Resources, Ltd to set up Joint Venture to access assets in Oil and Gas related properties in the Uinta Basin. The purpose of the Joint Venture between both parties is to access Oil and Gas feed stock for Indigo and also to acquire land for "rail terminals'' to deliver product. Currently Indigo through the joint venture intends to purchase up to 150,000 barrels of oil per week through Nations Oil and Gas relationships in the Uinta Basin.

(ORFG) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary has signed a letter Intent with Green River Refinery LLC to acquire its Green River Oil Refinery in Southern Utah. The company has 30 days from the signing of this LOI to complete the acquisition of the Refinery. Nations Oil and Gas has developed a plan to restart the refinery and process local crude oils and other available feed stocks. The refinery was completed to produce a wide range of products including: Light Naphtha consisting of a mix of butanes, pentanes and hexanes, a heavy Naphtha, a Diesel product, Vacuum Gas Oil and Vacuum Resid.

This new appointment is greatly needed to provide Bakken the extensive experience in Oil, Gas and other energy related acquisitions. Mr. James brings valuable experience to the Company's new plan of direction and in advance of major acquisitions for the company.
