Truth - I was offered some sort of compensation via a 3rd party. The offer did not come directly from the Company (Gordon Mackay, Bruce Pollock). It sounded to me like the 3rd party was being asked to contact me on behalf of someone else, but that is just my opinion. I was never provided any specifics to the actual amount of the compensation. The offer was verbal, I was never able to receive any such offer in writing.
Without hearing anything directly from the Company and not receiving any offer in writing and not being able to substantiate any of the details, you are correct, I did refuse this verbal offer via a 3rd party for an unknown sum.
I have been open and upfront about this ever since it happened. I have heard from a couple of people who stated that Gordon Mackay has told people that he sent me a written offer. If Gordon did indeed say this, it is a complete lie and I challenge him to produce this document. To date, I have not received any written offer regarding GESI.
