Good morning Viper1! I am not picking on you but I want to explain why NorthCal is in cahoots with HIMR and Hemp, inc.
If you look at the lates Q you will see that FrankVan Franken, Michael Lacy and Tony Fernandez all get a $5000 per month "consulting fee" (see page 35) on top of their 100 million shares they get too (see page 11)

If HIMR cant pay CASH for the $5k monthly they will convert it to common shares so $5000 x .0001 = 50 million common shares.
You can bet that this will happen every month because why? HIMR doesn't generate enough revenue to keep the lights on.
Its a dilution machine... check out this video from NorthCal and pause at the very end credits and you will recognize some of the consultant names making money off of all of us for doing absolutely nothing

Also mark my word the next Q the A/S will have to be higher since they dumped about 2.5 Billion on you yesterday meaning they are closing in on 25 billion...
