I know a lot of folks were disappointed that our financials were not Audited. I asked him 3 Times but the SUN Man say's 4....WILL our FINANCIALS will be AUDITED ? He assured me every time that ...YES..They will be AUDITED...2 months later we get it it and....it is not AUDITED as promised. So what do I do ? I call him at 8:00 pm est. I have never called him that late before. Second ring....He knew I was going to call him...I guess...Mc...what the hell man ? This is where he started " schooling me "...turns out the Accountant/ Auditor has Creds up the AZZ.....I did not know that...did you ? His Company represents several " REAL " company's and distance themselves from scam company's. He said that his Financials BREEZE through because of reputation. He also said....IF we decide to up list....SEC will gladly accept their findings as fact. So in short...our only concern for Audited was for up listing and it is not a problem. You also might want to read the Q real close...I Posted it here...They have gone through everything from the start to FEB 28th 2014....everything is factual and on the up and up. I could post more stuff but I am going to update the MOD's....they know who they can trust with what...It is coming GUY'S...we are so close !
