I guess my main point (see below), to keep it very simple for everyone, since none of us are in Niko's league. I do appreciate his information though, it is very well written and informative.
Put yourself in the shoes of NTEK (Both the company and Insiders), always wise advice for business and life in genera, What would you do?
You saw on OTCB that Philip Foley has Bought about 10 million shares on the open market correct? He has bought the at .13 and higher and down to .05 cents. I believe much higher as well, I just did not feel like looking it up now.
Could you imagine selling 10% of NTEK if you were the owners for about 2 million or 2.5 million when you know it is worth (lets say for example at least 50-100 million and growing)
Wouldn't that make you sick?? That is why I cannot see NTEK allowing the price to go too low. Also IMPORTANT, say they have a deal with Google and Sony, they could take out a loan, which normally may not be a great idea, but in this case to buy back shares may be a great idea. It depends on how much extra cash they have to spare, and the value they put on the shares.
Another important point, say they buy back half of the shares with a loan, (this reduces dividends and greatly increases the PPS and would allow for a possible R/S to get UP-Listed.
