imo they do
but no it's not easily explained
i used to joke when folks had 4 years+ observation/documentation
re: OTC stox (a large percentage of my JBII posts on the vehicle
of choice re: OTC stock manipulation)
and spent the money for a quality source of RT l2 to note *patterns*
re: Marker Manipulators and their always present signals
my comment would be self obvious
i understand most retail have neither the time nor the interest
as with all posts on SMBs .. it's an opinion on offer that those reading
can embrace or discard to suit
