you sorta answered your question. These people must have accounts where they pay per month, or tading accounts. it's like $100.00 per month, unless you make like 30 trades that month. All the trades are free, and by putting in such low volume, you don't raise the price. you can just bid sit for weeks. Which is why I'm getting an account like that, if, i have any shares left when this takes off.
