I do not understand why most people on these board

I do not understand why most people on these boards appear to be shaken up after today. The 10k was never promised to anyone today. From what I read today we got GREAT news. I'm sure Tom is going to release the 10k to investors as soon as possible and I have a feeling the 10k is going to be well worth the wait. People need to realize that Tom is building the company the RIGHT way and things take time. Things will fall into place when the time is right.
