In my opinion, the first official filing to the SEC of a 10K document for any company, no matter what exchange on which it trades is a great step in the right direction, as it provides transparency for all and I for one require transparency in order to invest. I think you are way off base in this regard. I think in OTC land, it is very rare for any corp to provide the level of transparency that a 10K provides, so RFMK going forward with a 10K should really give it the credibility it would need to get all types of investors interested. So, (what?), are you saying that when the 10K is filed, that day, the market is going to tank RFMK?! That makes no sense. What is the only thing that can "save" this according to you? My guess is that you are merely seeing RFMK as a stock, to play (play the "run") and you are dissapointed that the CEO did not generate whatever news and PRs would have been needed to make a run happen. I happen to think that for buyers to move into RFMK aggressively and buy and hold for the long term then we need first transparency like the 10K. Contract news with other companies would be great but I think even with that the market would still be looking for that 10K and without it, its very hard to pull the trigger because of the lack of transparency. Sure, I am also dissapointed that the timing of the 10K was not earlier so that by now we could have more aptly used the election momo, but the key for long term appreciation is transparency and becoming a real business, not candy PRs for a short term spike on momo using the election as a trading catalyst.

Who cares about some random poster ID on iScam or his alleged group? Obviously with the volume so low lately, it is quite clear that all of the investor group buying talk has been nothing but hot air, so those "groups" have not done much recently anyway. I think perhaps the $1,000 PPS paint job rattled you today and maybe has shaken your long term confidence in the RFMK story. To that I say...
