Hmmm, tough critique, Hurtszz, and sad it is for me to not find much fault in your logic and cannot disagree with what you say. We now have exactly nine trading days until the MJ vote results and we still have no 10K or Q3 financial filings.
I think the word, "soon" has got to be the most abused term in use by development stage CEO's in the market. Obviously we all know there were delays in preparing the 10K and that is in no way the CEO's fault, however at the same time, shareholders have been waiting for transparency for many months. We can all see the development of the product line and that the CannaCig is selling and that is great. The basis of what we really do need are sales and revenues and so that happening now is wonderful for shareholders, however, again, the issue is transparency; all we really have to go on are the pictures we see from twitter, vinhaler.com, gotvape and CEO emails and rumors, shareholder updates and PRs telling us about what they are allegedly doing and what they plan to do. I think at this point, it cannot be stressed enough how much shareholders need something real, something realized, something already done and in the books which we can sit and read for ourselves and know that it can be trusted for certain (audited and officially filed with the SEC). Too many PK investors and traders have been burned by elaborate hoaxes in the past to drink the kool aid ever again, so they are extra cautious these days and cannot be fooled. RFMK is the real deal, however shareholders would really I think begin to move into the stock heavily if finally given real transparency by way of the 10K and Q3 financial filings. Until then, we will love all of the corp developments and support everything this team of incredibly talented executives do for the company but without transparency, unfortunately no real investors can really act on those convictions IMO. That is the issue. It's like a toll road, you have an exotic car, you see the other racers speeding off the starting line, your car is roaring, ready to go, but the clerk is fumbling around with your change and the toll gate has not lifted so even though you could have maybe won the race, you are stuck sitting at the toll until they lift the gate. It's an unfortunate set of circumstances, ones that maybe could have been avoided which is dissapointing. However there can be many races in the future to win so we shareholders remain patient knowing that this story really has a lot of potential for the future.
C'mon, Mr Allinder, let us see that audited 10K, once and for all. $$$$$$$$$$$
$RFMK!
