Hey folks, let's face it. The only way a RS matters is if there is something real to this company worth sticking around for. If you think this is just a stock printing company, I suggest taking your losses now and moving on to stocks you believe are "more real". If you assume that the company is more than just stock printing scam, as I do, then you have to realize that the current market cap of less than $1M is ridiculous. What the actual value is, I haven't a clue...but I have a guess...
Let's assume we can some how wrestle up at least one boat...Perhaps the delphin? A boat such as that should be able to generate at least $1M/month in revenue. Using a typical industry Price to Sales ratio of 7 you get a market cap of at least $84M. A company of that size should be able to support an OS of 500M at a pps 42 cents. Adding additional revenue streams pushes this company above one dollar. This would be a path to Nasdaq as additional revenue streams come online.
So, how do we get there from here?
-Clean up all liabilities and litigation In Progress
-Acquire boat asset through lease, loan or partnership hopefully in progress
-When revenue is beginning to flow and the two issues above are resolved, then, announce to the world the new company structure and peform an RS of 20:1 or 25:1 depending on what the OS is at the time. (12B requres 25:1 and 10B requires 20:1).
What would this do to the value of each million shares you hold today?
Todays Value = $100
Future Value (after RS) = (1M/25)*$0.42 = $16,800
This does not include the value of the certs. I have no idea how that plays into the mix. For now, just assume that you get the cash.
Why is this a good thing?
Once we RS, we can leave the pinks. Then, we can grow to leave the OTC. Furthermore, the float will be so small, the pirranahs at iHub will no longer be interested. They will go away. Also, the RS should be scheduled to occur as part of the "coming out of stealth mode...hey, look at my new boat" PR campaign.
This is just my humble opinion and perhaps on the optimistic side, but, still a reasonable outcome.
34th, your holdings of 35M means this scenario nets you over half a million dollars and all they have to do is get a boat, operate it for a quarter and do the RS. After that, we are ready to fly.
