"These new flights also offer even greater connectivity to and from destinations beyond Florida through our codeshare partnership with United and our many interline airline partners."

"The busy summer travel season is here and for many local passengers that means in-state travel, which is why we are very happy that Silver Airways has decided to offer service to one of our more popular Florida destinations, Key West," says Phil Brown, Executive Director of the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority.

"We are excited about Silver adding this new nonstop route between Key West and Orlando," said Director of Key West International Airport Peter Horton. "Silver's expanded partnership with JetBlue allows travelers to log on to jetblue.com and book flights from anywhere in the JetBlue system direct to Key West."

In 2013, the airline connected thousands of interline travelers on more than 450 weekly flights to 10 destinations throughout its extensive Florida network, including Pensacola, Tallahassee, Jacksonville, Gainesville, Orlando, Tampa, Fort Myers, West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Key West. With over 225 weekly flights between Florida and the Bahamas, Silver also offers more flights between Florida and the Bahamas than any other U.S. airline.

From Orlando, Silver flies nonstop to Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers, Marsh Harbour, Pensacola, Tallahassee and Key West. From Key West, Silver also offers nonstop flights to Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers, Tampa and Orlando.

In addition, Silver's connections offer the ease and convenience of seamless booking, ticketing and baggage handling.
