2CAN, my first reaction to your post was to disagree. Specifically, the revenue was a disappointment to me. However, after taking a step back here are my thoughts.
1) I was expecting greater revenue based on the belief that DUTV generated $1.121m in revenue last quarter from the last two weeks of the quarter. In other words a little over $550k per week. Extrapolating this number to the most recent quarter I was expecting revenue in the $6m range. HOWEVER, and this is a big HOWEVER, I formed this expectation based on a tweet that indicated the $1.21M was generated in the last two weeks of the quarter. I for one do not believe the Twitter is backed by DUTV so me believing the Tweet and forming an expectation from it was ill fated. I believe that DUTV generated $1.21M in revenue through out the quarter so the slightly over $1M revenue this quarter is on track with last quarter.
2) The really bright spot is net income in the most recent quarter was $88.8k on $1M revenue compared to net income in the previous quarter of $14.4K on revenue of $1.21M.
My opinion is this is the ground floor for DUTV with hopefully an increasing business both in revenue and income. Let’s face it, over a million in revenue for the past two quarters each from a pink sheet company that is profitable is not something you see everyday. I am considering adding here but will watch it the next day or two. Best to all. My opinion as always.
