Since FlexFridge is not in Epazz core business, the company felt it was best to spin-off FlexFridge into its own company. The company issued a stock dividend to shareholders. As the company works with lawyers to file the necessary paperworks to allow for FlexFridge's shares to trade. The company is making plans to develop the e-commerce store to allow for Pre-ordering of the fridge which is now in prototype form getting ready for commercialize.
