LOL, Baltia came out with the first of their PR Blitz about 7 to 10 days earlier than I had expected. Personally I had thought the blitz wouldn't begin until the middle to end of next week.
Next PR I am guessing will be about N706BL....coming early next week.....followed by the completion of training soon thereafter.
I had thought entering Phase III wouldn't be announced/accomplished till late July or early August. LOL.....now I am wondering if it could actually occur much sooner.
Keep in mind the HUGE meaning behind Phase III...like someone taking their road test after having driven on the same roads for over 20 years. There is such a confidence in an airline that enters Phase III that the DOT will actually allow that airline to start selling tickets, and the FAA will ease up and allow that airline to start advertising itself as a "start-up airline"!
Still, keep in mind that right now there is very little "new" blood looking at BLTA, and that most who have been looking at BLTA are already pretty much fully loaded. In other words......don't be shocked if the pps doesn't skyrocket after each and every PR....at least until the one announcing the entrance into Phase III is released.
Bottom line is that this and the next few PRs will most likely boost your confidence a lot more than it will boost the pps............. but once the video of N706BL arriving at JFK hits the airways...........LOOK OUT!
