Re: getmoreshares #2692
The problem is that the company isn't doing much to improve its image. Until it does, there will lots of wild-ass speculation that is completely disconnected from truth.

Based on the few postings (lately) from Kerry and Justin, the company is intentionally operating in dark mode as they try to rebuild the foundations. This includes cleaning up all legal liabilities, cleaning up SEC concerns and preparing for the Reg A offering. There may be other structural changes coming as well. i find it hard to imagine that we make it through this without an RS at some point. If they are smart, they will do this after they get the company up and running with some forward momentum. Then, they can RS into an uplist and leave the pinks in the rear view mirror.

At any rate, the first priority is the house keeping. Given that Kerry has reengaged with the share holders leads me to think that we are getting close to having the foundation work wrap up. Then, there will be a huge show and tell period where we get to learn all that has changed, all that is in the works and all that is planned. This will kick off a run. Hopefully, we have a revenue stream by then and we can start buying back some of the shares. i would like to see some 3B shares bought back before the next run reaches a climax. This should be followed by 20:1 RS with profit numbers following on the heels of the RS that prevent price pull back. This would give us a company with a 500M OS and less than 100M float. We can then drive that company to Nasdaq in 3 to 5 years.

That is the upside potential in my humble opinion.

Any thoughts?
