KANSAS CITY, Kan., June 11, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Epiq Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: EPIQ ), a leading provider of managed technology for the global legal profession, today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a cash dividend of 9.0 cents per share of outstanding common stock. The quarterly cash dividend will be payable September 9, 2014, to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 1, 2014.
