Mike's financials and SS aren't of an equivalent integrity to KMAG's, so their registration and subsequent uplisting timeline is probably a little more complex than ours. I mean expediting an audited 10Q just for an MM's eyes would make the 211 opportunity pretty enticing. KMAG doesn't have any debt to reduce, but we do have exponential revenue growth.
