(PINKSHEETS: BONU) (OTC Pink: BONU) announced that it has entered into a Sales and Distribution Agreement with Nyco Products Company (Nyco) in Countryside, Illinois, to distribute BioNeutral's YGIENE™ 206 Sterilant for advanced infection control. Nyco is a respected manufacturer and distributor of cleaners, disinfectants and sanitizers for janitorial, hospitality, long term care, MRO, and food service. YGIENE™ 206 adds a superior level of infection control to Nyco's product offering in these markets.
BioNeutral's patent-pending YGIENE™ 206 is EPA registered and engineered to be a cleaner, disinfectant, and hospital grade sporacide/sterilant on hard, non-porous surfaces. Its rapid surface sterilization makes it particularly effective for hospital, medical, terminal, and long term care environments.
